Job Description: We are looking for a creative-minded and passionate Web Developer to lead our team. Who will be responsible for guiding devs, distributing, monitoring, and reviewing our Web Development projects for our client's business. Candidates must have the ability to fluently read, write and speak in English. Understand any part of the client's demand on websites front-end & back-end. Should be a clear understanding of client's request/demand/handling.

Job Responsibilities

• Distributing and Monitoring Web Development Projects.
• Guiding & Helping Devs to understand projects, and reviewing tasks after delivery by devs.
• Communicate with Project Managers and Web Devs of the USA Team at night time from home (8:30 PM-12:30 AM).
• Analyze website performance, finding errors/mistakes on devs delivery works compared with client instruction.
• Reviewing requirements, defining objectives & finding the best solution for the requirements.
• Lead & motivated the full team to achieve the goal on time.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of Web Development and Project Operations/Management. 
• Good Knowledge of the English Language for understanding projects and discussing with clients about projects.
• Educational background is flexible for a highly skilled candidate.
• Experience Requirements: 4-8 years.
• Both males and females are allowed to apply.
• Good Communication Skills.
• Hardworking, Passionate, and Disciplined.
• Strong knowledge of UI/UX Design.
• Capable of managing multiple projects within tight deadlines.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and loving to work on challenging tasks.
• Comfortable working with debugging tools like Firebug, Chrome inspector, etc.

Job Location: Mirpur DOHS, Dhaka 1216, Bangladesh

Office Day: 6 Days Week - Saturday to Thursday

Office Time: 8 Hours Day - 9:00AM to 6:00PM (1-2 PM Launch Brake)
