Glossy IT is a Software Company. We are looking for goal-driven personalities who are smart enough to look after the overall Office Administrative.

Job Responsibilities
- Keeping record of all transaction and preparation of all kinds of vouchers on a regular basis
- Keep accounting Software up-to-date by posting and checking entered accounting data into software.
- Prepare account/financial reports - weekly & monthly.
- Prepare and maintain all the vouchers, requisition slips & bills.
- Dealing with Bank/Financial Institution.
- Prepare and maintain all transactions like receipt, payment, Journal, contra maintaining through proper Accounting system.
- Responsible for overall HR related activities in the Office.
- Ensure effective execution of day-to-day office administrative issues e.g. leave & attendance administration, security management, transport management, canteen management, procurement & disposal of assets, office stationery.
- Manages support staff, Purchase & Procurement, payment utilities bills.
- Regular update of office assets inventory after procurement on HR software.
- Any other task assigned by Management.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) or BCom from any recognized university.
Additional Requirements

- Proficient in MS Office (Word & Excel)
